Responsibilities

Develop modular and reusable code components following best practices and standards
Interact with users to understand business requirements/process flows and translate into technical requirements for assigned projects and job requests
Collaborate with leads, other developers, project managers, customers, database and system administrators for end to end application development and implementation
Participate in design and code review sessions
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the development team
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of software applications

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of software development methodologies and implementation of Windows applications utilizing Microsoft .NET technology stack
Strong hands on experience with reporting tools like Microsoft SSRS
Strong experience with SQL database design and development writing stored procedures, SSIS, etc
Proven ability to successfully deliver high-quality, complex systems using Software development methods, independently as well as in a team environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and generate practical solutions in a logical manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience

Preferred
