Responsibilities

Servicing the day to day needs of our insureds
Managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal
Managing and delegating work as needed to assistant account managers
Maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC)

Qualification

Insurance account managementCustomer serviceEPICMicrosoft OfficeVerbal communicationWritten communicationRelationship building

Required

At least 3 years insurance account management experience
High school or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communications
Well versed in customer service
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage and delegate work as needed to assistant account managers
Maintain accurate policy and insured info in agency management system (EPIC)

Preferred

Experience working with EPIC
