Responsibilities

Establish and maintain rigor across the product development lifecycle — from ticket hygiene and epic definition to PRFAQs and product briefs — ensuring clarity and consistency in how work is defined, prioritized, and delivered

Design and implement scalable systems for collecting, organizing, and prioritizing feedback from customers, GTM, and internal stakeholders, turning insights into actionable roadmap inputs

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to optimize workflows and decision-making processes, enabling faster, more predictable outcomes

Lead complex, cross-team initiatives with clear ownership of scope, milestones, risks, and communications

Own and evolve the release calendar and delivery cadence, balancing team velocity with go-to-market readiness and ensuring smooth, well-coordinated launches

Build and maintain visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks through tools like Jira and Confluence, driving alignment across teams and stakeholders

Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Product Marketing and Enablement to align product releases with GTM milestones and internal communications

Facilitate planning ceremonies, retrospectives, and governance rituals that keep teams aligned and accountable

Identify and address bottlenecks, process gaps, or inefficiencies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
