Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Office apps
Create tailored enablement materials and use-case driven demos to showcase Copilot capabilities in real-world business scenarios
Develop onboarding and adoption strategies for different user personas, including business users, analysts, and technical teams
Conduct personalized 1:1 coaching sessions with senior leaders and executives to demonstrate strategic use of Microsoft 365 Copilot
Help executives leverage Copilot for productivity, decision-making, and communication, including preparing presentations, summarizing meetings, and drafting strategic documents
Provide confidential, high-impact guidance on prompt engineering and Copilot usage tailored to executive workflows
Teach foundational and advanced prompt engineering techniques applicable to Microsoft 365 Copilot
Share best practices for crafting effective prompts across Office apps to unlock Copilot's full potential
Develop reusable prompt templates and frameworks for business functions (e.g., marketing, finance, HR)
Advise on governance, data readiness, and change management for successful Copilot deployment
Showcase advanced use cases involving Copilot Studio, including building custom copilots and integrating with Power Platform
Collaborate with IT, business, and innovation teams to identify high-value opportunities for Copilot usage
Demonstrate how Microsoft 365 apps are interconnected through the Microsoft Graph
Explain how Copilot synthesizes data across apps (e.g., generating presentations from Excel data, summarizing Teams meetings in Word)
Help users understand the logical architecture, data flow, and security considerations that power Copilot's intelligence
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem
Experience in designing and delivering engaging workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot
Ability to create tailored enablement materials and use-case driven demos to showcase Copilot capabilities
Experience in developing onboarding and adoption strategies for different user personas
Experience conducting personalized 1:1 coaching sessions with senior leaders and executives
Ability to help executives leverage Copilot for productivity, decision-making, and communication
Experience providing confidential, high-impact guidance on prompt engineering and Copilot usage
Ability to teach foundational and advanced prompt engineering techniques applicable to Microsoft 365 Copilot
Experience sharing best practices for crafting effective prompts across Office apps
Ability to develop reusable prompt templates and frameworks for business functions
Strategic thinker with a passion for empowering users through AI
