Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Remote team supervision (RBTs, BCaBAs as allowed)

Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans

Collaborate with on-site staff and families

Attend Team Meetings and Trainings

Create treatment plans that promote measurable growth and independence

Treatment plan writing, graphing, and data analysis

Parent/caregiver training during quarterly travel

Virtual Team meetings and case conceptualization
