Responsibilities
Lead and manage the construction operations for data center projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise on-site
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards in compliance with industry regulations
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that work is being carried out correctly and efficiently
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and daily logs
Oversee the execution of construction plans for industrial cold storage and warehouse facilities as part of the data center infrastructure
Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction of mission-critical facilities, specifically data centers
Strong understanding of data center operations and construction requirements for industry leaders such as Meta and AWS
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Experience managing large-scale industrial and cold storage projects is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
