Responsibilities
Drive power-efficient SoC designs across our family of CPU and AI products
Span the entire product lifecycle—from early architecture estimation through post-silicon optimization—ensuring industry-leading performance per watt
Leverage advanced analysis techniques, including AI/ML, to enhance power modeling
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive power-aware decisions
Qualification
Required
MS/PhD in EE/CE with 5-7+ years of SoC power analysis and optimization experience
Proven expertise with PowerArtist and PrimePower for accurate power analysis and correlation
Strong background in power modeling, budgeting, and PPA tradeoff analysis at RTL and system levels
Proficiency in Python/scripting and experience applying data analysis frameworks to power optimization
