Responsibilities

Developing and executing a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
Building solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment
Delivering consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and sharing this knowledge with clients
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients
Presenting to school boards and other decision-making bodies
Making in-person sales calls, client meetings, and attending industry events and conferences

Qualification

Required

2-5+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent business experience required
Understanding of the built environment and the challenges faced by our clients
Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders
The ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
A self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow

Preferred

Knowledge of energy efficiency, building infrastructure systems, and facility management preferred
