Responsibilities
Lead the technical side of customer engagements from IT software integration to industrial X-ray system support
Work closely with cofounders at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and technical project execution
Communicate clearly with both executives and customers
Manage technical implementation and customer success
Qualification
Required
2+ years as a strong software, network, or computer engineer
Customer-facing and/or project management experience
An understanding of computer networking principles and infrastructure
US/Canada/UK/Australian citizenship or a green card
Preferred
Experience with X-ray CT scanning hardware and software
Experience designing and building computers
Experience dealing with data security compliance and certifications
Knowledge of battery cells
Experience at high-growth, fast-paced startups
