Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery across high-impact analytics workstreams; serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership
Build and implement cutting-edge BI and analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx
Drive initiatives in claims analytics , launch analytics , and brand KPI tracking to measure performance throughout the product lifecycle
Shape and execute Salesforce strategy and Salesforce effectiveness programs , optimizing field force and sales operations
Provide strategic input on Salesforce sizing , incentive compensation , call plan design , go-to-market planning , and marketing mix modeling
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to enhance operational excellence
Mentor and develop analytics teams, promoting best practices in quality, automation, and client communication
Support business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and developing new analytics offerings
Maintain strong client relationships and continually identify ways to add strategic value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of analytics experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical consulting (U.S. market focus)
Strong track record managing multiple client-facing projects across commercial and brand teams
Deep expertise in commercial operations, brand analytics, and pharma sales/marketing analytics
Exceptional communicator with the ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
Consultative, self-driven mindset with strong analytical problem-solving skills
Proficiency with industry-standard tools: SQL, Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx
Preferred
Master's degree preferred (in a quantitative, analytics, business, or related field)
