Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams while fostering strong relationships with client leadership and acting as a strategic advisor
Design and implement advanced analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx) to support data-driven decision-making in the healthcare and pharma sectors
Leverage emerging technologies and pharma data expertise to solve complex business problems, model data structures, and continuously optimize analytical solutions
Guide and mentor team leads, promoting best practices in analytics, quality delivery, automation, and client communication
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and internal offerings to support organizational growth beyond client projects
Qualification
Required
10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 8+ years focused on the U.S. market
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for various stakeholders with a focus on quality
Strong educational background in engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) with excellent academic performance
Excellent communication skills —strong verbal, written, and collaboration abilities to articulate results and issues to senior leadership and client teams
Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
Preferred
Experience in key areas of sales, commercial, and marketing operations, including expertise in Salesforce Sizing, Marketing Mix, IC & Call Plan design, Go-to-market strategy, Segmentation, etc
