The role involves being an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team, delivering essential home health aide and rehabilitative care to enable clients to remain at home.

Qualification

Required

Have at least one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide or CNA
Be a Certified Home Health Aide or a Certified Nursing Assistant in Massachusetts
