Responsibilities

Experience hands-on training across multiple teams, including Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Business Development
Complete two rotations (approximately 9-12 months each), allowing deeper exposure, responsibility, and impactful contributions within each area
Learn how we position, message, and launch products to customers in Product Marketing
Drive user acquisition or increased user retention and monetization through data-driven marketing strategies and experimentation in Growth Marketing
Build partnerships, negotiate deals, and identify new growth opportunities for Kikoff in Business Development

Required

Current undergraduate and master students or early career professionals with high potential such as from consulting or investment banking

Strategic thinker able to breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward
Have strong bias to action and hunger to move fast and flexibly
