The Hydraulic Test Technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems to ensure they meet performance and safety specifications.

Responsibilities

Set up and conduct functional, pressure, and flow tests on hydraulic components and systems (valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, actuators, hoses, etc.)

Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test procedures

Operate and maintain hydraulic test stands, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems

Record test data and generate detailed test reports for engineering and quality teams

Formulate hydraulic efficiency

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues during testing and suggest corrective actions

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Assist in developing test procedures and improving test setups for efficiency and accuracy

Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion
