Responsibilities

Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business process design requirements

Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements

Business process design and system analysis

Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities

Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications

Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts

Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Manage overall cutover and migration activities across various modules

Support execution of the production cutover plan; provide required documentation as evidence of successful completion

Manage assembly processing cutover and migration activities

Qualification

SAP ECCS/4HANASAP cutover planningMicrosoft ProjectAerospace & Defense experienceTeam lead experienceSAP PS structureSAP certificationsBachelor’s degree

Required

7 + years SAP ECC or S/4HANA Order Management experience

Expertise in SAP cutover planning, cutover execution management, and Microsoft Project

Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience

Team lead experience

Preferred

Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning

Experience with the implementation and configuration of SAP PS structure: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement Planning, Project quotation, Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS

Relevant SAP certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
