Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with marketers, brands, and partners in your region
Drive a strategic outbound sales motion focused on delivering value through fullthrottle.ai’s first-party data platform
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management
Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets
Educate prospects and partners on the value of cookieless, first-party data solutions, using fullthrottle.ai’s platform as the foundation
Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach through negotiation and closing
Continuously track, report, and optimize sales activities and performance metrics, including leads, pipeline, and bookings
Represent fullthrottle.ai at virtual and in-person industry events and conferences as needed

Required

5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in ad tech, Martech, SaaS, or digital media
Proven track record of success in a hunter-style sales role, with consistent quota achievement
Skilled in solution selling and consultative approaches to complex digital ecosystems
Self-starter mentality with excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environment is a plus
