The Localization Solutions Implementation Engineer will own client solution implementation and act as the main point of contact during onboarding and implementation phases, ensuring client adoption of localization solutions.

Responsibilities

Work with solutions architects to analyze requirements and while aligning with client current and future plans

Execute project plans containing the solution and implementation details, meet timelines, and minimize risk

Complete technology and systems configuration, systems integration, and setup workflows

Work closely with account management, clients, product management, and the AI & Data organization to ensure implementation of solutions

Collaborate closely with operations, to align on joint workflows and ensure solution efficiency and effectiveness

Lead solution implementations, ensuring client onboarding is smooth, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals

Prepare and conduct client and internal training to ensure adoption and client satisfaction

Manage client onboarding expectations and align on solution success criteria, and ROI

Create and update solutions’ documentation used by sales, clients, and support team

Meet established KPIs and success metrics for solution implementation, adoption, and client satisfaction

Complete all other tasks relevant for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

Required

Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably technology related

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Project management and execution experience

Effective time management, problem solving and analytical skills

Team player

Good understanding of Content Management, Content Management Systems, and Data Management

Good knowledge of Language Technology including CAT Tools, Translation Environments, Translation Portals, Localization Tools, Machine Translation, Post-Editing and Terminology and Translation Memory Tools
