Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements related to order management, service fulfillment, and asset lifecycle in a telecom environment
Analyze and map current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Communications Cloud capabilities
Translate business requirements into clear, structured user stories, functional specifications, and technical tasks for delivery teams
Work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Collaborate on the design and optimization of product catalogs, order capture flows, and service decomposition rules within Salesforce Industries
Provide expertise in telecom asset lifecycle management, including provisioning, activation, and change processes
Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies as the business liaison for order management workstreams
Facilitate workshops, demos, and walkthroughs with both business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and solutions
Document business process flows, use cases, and system interactions to ensure transparency and maintainability of solutions
Stay current with Salesforce Communications Cloud and Vlocity product features, and advise on best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in telecom BSS/OSS or CRM projects, with a strong focus on order management and asset lifecycle processes
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity), including CPQ and Order Management modules
Strong business analysis skills with proven experience translating business needs into technical requirements
Knowledge of telecom industry processes such as product catalog management, order-to-activate, provisioning, and change management
Familiarity with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) and their role in business process automation is a plus
Experience working in Agile delivery environments (backlog refinement, story writing, and sprint ceremonies)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions
Preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Industries CPQ Business Analyst or OmniStudio Consultant are desirable
