Responsibilities
Answer incoming questions related to escrow accounts
Assist borrowers, attorneys, and settlement agents
Prepare payoff statements for borrowers
Review in detail the complexity of initial and annual escrow analysis statements
Prepare amortization schedules
Review and resolve all customer service complaints
Receive and process borrower telephone payments
Provide excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
General understanding of the multifunctional mortgage servicing department
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
Ability to write routine correspondence
Strong computer skills
