Responsibilities
Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Establish clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics for high-impact projects, ensuring accountability across stakeholders
Provide strategic counsel and regular progress updates to the CEO, highlighting key insights, challenges, and opportunities
Conduct in-depth research, gather data, and synthesize information to provide insights that inform CEO decision-making
Assist in evaluating risk factors and provide thoughtful analysis to support critical business decisions
Oversee the preparation of high-level presentations, reports, and data summaries for the CEO to present to key stakeholders
Facilitate meetings by taking detailed notes, following up on action items, and ensuring follow-through decisions made
Partner with the CEO to shape meeting agendas that drive strategic outcomes and follow-through on executive priorities
Ensure that key decisions and next steps from executive meetings are clearly defined, communicated, and executed across departments
Coordinate alignment across leadership teams to advance priorities stemming from CEO and Trustee discussions
Lead, support, and track progress on high-priority strategic initiatives, working directly with the CEO and senior executives to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop, implement, and track initiatives that advance the Center’s mission
Oversee the planning, coordination, and logistics of Monthly ExCom meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared, distributed, and that meetings run smoothly

Serve as a strategic liaison between the CEO and the Board of Trustees, ensuring alignment, timely communication, and informed engagement
Oversee the preparation of strategic materials and executive summaries that support Trustee decision-making and relationship development
Cultivate strong relationships with Trustees and key stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration
Foster strong relationships with Jewish organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders to advance the mission of the Simon Wiesenthal Center
Represent the CEO in meetings as needed to present and/or gather information to ensure he is fully informed and best positioned to support the meeting's agenda
Work across departments to support collaboration and ensure that key initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively
Provide hands-on support to transform abstract ideas into actionable plans, driving , and ensuring alignment with company objectives
Continuously monitor the progress of special projects, offering guidance and adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years of experience in project management or executive support, preferably within a nonprofit, governmental, or large organizational environment
Proven experience collaborating with Boards of Trustees, senior executives, and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives from conception to execution
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on impact and measurable results
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing executive-level briefings and presentations
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive priorities independently
Confident and composed in high-pressure environments; models professionalism and discretion at all times
Skilled collaborator who can influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Deep understanding of the Jewish community, its organizations, and key global and societal issues
Preferred
Experience working with Jewish organizations or mission-driven institutions is strongly preferred
