You will be the crucial point of connection, meticulously qualifying potential business candidates and delivering a precise, compelling explanation of our unique investment model
When a candidate's desire to partner with Fusion ignites, you will be the architect of the "deal"—a collaborative, strategic process that, while akin to a "Shark Tank" scenario in its impact, prioritizes mutual growth
You will present our services with conviction and clarity, ensuring full comprehension and unwavering engagement
Once a partnership is agreed upon, your role is to ensure the seamless finalization of the investment agreement and a smooth transition to our dedicated Partner Success and Operations teams
You will be "fanatically obsessed" with the successful closure of every investment opportunity and must be prepared to debate and negotiate with the potential client
Qualification
Required
5+ years of work experience
Highly effective, commanding communication skills
Profoundly persuasive without ever being 'salesy'
Comfortable navigating complex conversations
