Responsibilities

Manage the overall client relationship and advocate for the client
Build and maintain relationships at all levels across the client organization
Oversee all engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging and quality of interaction
Provide oversight of implementation delivery to ensure that value is delivered to the client as committed
Continuously grow the reference-ability of the client and ensure clients actively promote the value of the client relationship
Develop and advance opportunities through the sales process to deal closure to meet quarterly sales quotas
Manage client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes and contractual interactions
Manage escalations and track to issues requiring executive attention to resolution

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in community engagement or related field
Ability to manage overall client relationships and advocate for the client
Experience in building and maintaining relationships at all levels across the client organization
Proven ability to oversee all engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging and quality of interaction
Experience in providing oversight of implementation delivery to ensure that value is delivered to the client as committed
Ability to continuously grow the reference-ability of the client and ensure clients actively promote the value of the client relationship
Experience in developing and advancing opportunities through the sales process to deal closure to meet quarterly sales quotas
Ability to manage client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes and contractual interactions
Experience in managing escalations and tracking issues requiring executive attention to resolution
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
