Dispatch technicians as needed

Respond to customers with urgency, consistency, and accuracy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of customer support experience within waste management required
Experience within a fast-paced, high-volume service environment required
Dispatching experience required
Knowledge of compactor & balers required
Comfortable navigating multiple computer screens simultaneously required
