Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Lutron University's learning technology stack, including the LMS (Workday Learning), LXPs (LinkedIn Learning, NovoEd), and internal learning portals (MS SharePoint)

Integrate, implement, and support a variety of learning technologies, including authoring tools, mobile platforms, AI generators, and other digital learning apps

Partner with instructional designers and facilitators to advise on the effective use of learning technologies in course design and delivery

Collaborate with the Lutron University team to create and deliver engaging, technology-enhanced learning experiences

Troubleshoot technical issues related to learning systems and provide user support to ensure a smooth learning experience

Guide external learning vendors on how to successfully integrate their tools with Lutron’s learning platforms

Ensure accessibility, preservation, and proper management of digital learning content and materials

Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging learning technologies to enhance user experience and learning effectiveness

Support the creation and sustainability of multimedia content such as eLearning modules, videos, podcasts, and digital assessments

Track, analyze, and report on learning data to monitor engagement, platform utilization, and overall effectiveness of learning solutions
