Co-op, Embedded Software Engineer (January 2026 - August 2026)

Responsibilities
Work alongside full time employees and industry professionals improving existing products in an agile environment
Develop new and existing products in an agile environment
Work with a dedicated mentor to navigate Rockwell, ramp up in the code base, and remove daily blockers
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
The ability to work full time over the Spring 2026 semester, from January 2026 to August 2026
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
Preferred
Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Engineering or similar
Experience with C++ and Python
Previous exposure and knowledge of Agile methodology
Knowledge of Industrial automation environments including PLC or drives programming
An interest or prior experience with robotics teams or projects
