Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as loan participation and vendor contracts

Work closely with credit union leadership and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of financial services contracts and regulatory experience, preferably within the banking or credit union sector
Experience with Florida financial services rules, regulations, and regulators is a plus
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
JD from an accredited law school and licensed and in good standing to practice law or paralegal certificate
