Responsibilities

Nurture early-stage ideas into well-developed, usable experiences
Determine if there is a piece of experience that must feel great for the idea to work
Identify enabling technologies that need to be built
Use software as a primary tool to bring concepts to life on devices
Leverage expertise from across the company by working directly with other teams
Share work with others to evaluate what works and what doesn’t
Communicate clearly and empathize with other people's perspectives
Give and receive feedback effectively

Required

5 years of experience designing for and/or writing software for Apple platforms
Expertise in Swift or Objective-C

Preferred

Able to deal with ambiguity, and a gut instinct for making things that will help bring clarity. We often work on projects where we need to create something to help understand the objectives & boundaries
A learning mentality and a willingness to try things that may fail. You should be able to learn from both success and failures
A sense for effective design. If you have design training or design experience, even better
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
