Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for ranking Devvit apps
Lead the strategy, development, and monetization of Reddit's Data API
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products
Identify new investment opportunities and drive thoughtful recommendations to maximize value for Reddit
Be an internal expert in your area, synthesizing various inputs to provide clear product direction in ambiguous situations
Drive challenging discussions and negotiate to resolve controversial issues between teams
Build and run processes for your team to execute effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, for a ranking or API product
Strong understanding of machine learning and ranking concepts
Strong understanding of API design, development, and lifecycle
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Clear passion for Reddit and it's mission
Proven experience in managing and delivering API and Ranking products
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
