Wealth Relationship Manager Associate
CAPTRUST is a wealth management and institutional advisory firm seeking a dynamic Wealth Relationship Manager Associate to provide high-level customer service to clients. The role involves managing client communications, preparing meeting materials, and collaborating with senior advisors to enhance client relationships and service delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client, prospect, and COI communications to ensure consistent engagement and relationship growth
Prepare materials and insights for meetings, including investment performance, market updates, and planning recommendations
Participate in client and prospect meetings alongside senior advisors, contributing to discussions and follow-through
Coordinate and execute client service tasks, projects, and action items, ensuring timely delivery and advisor readiness
Gather and input financial data into planning software (WealthView/E-Money), interpret results, and collaborate with the planning team
Implement portfolio changes and meeting outcomes in coordination with research and trading teams; maintain accurate records in CapConnect
Qualification
Required
2+ Relevant industry experience preferred
Four-year college degree, preferably with an emphasis in Business, Finance or Accounting
Strong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products
Ability to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, macroeconomic and security specific data with Senior Advisors and clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate information to a financially sophisticated audience
Enjoys direct and personal interactions with clients
Prioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, anticipate needs, and contribute ideas that enhance client service and team effectiveness
Ability to build successful, collaborative, and trusting relationships
Instinctive aptitude for consistently creating accurate, concise, respectful, and easy-to-understand verbal and written communications conveying complex information
A strong sense of urgency about getting work done and solving problems to achieve results that benefit our clients and colleagues, even when faced with challenges
