Responsibilities
Perform inspections on large, complex, and diverse buildings, facilities, and utilities
Identify, inventory, and assess the condition of individual facility asset systems and building components
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated on-the-job experience performing FCAs
Minimum of 3 years of experience performing facilities maintenance (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing), construction, or building inspections
Familiarity with various types of data analysis and reporting
Good technical writing skills
Excellent numerical and analytical aptitude
Good communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently and on an integrated project team
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and integrated work management systems (IWMS)
Proficiency in using MS products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
50-75% travel
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline and three to 10 years of experience. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
The position requires an active government clearance, such as: Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance, Department of Energy Q security clearance, State Department and Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Background Investigation (BI)
Preferred
Experience with CMMS, such as Maximo, Maintenance Connection, or MaintainX
Experience with IWMS, such as SAP, Tririga, or FMS Workplace
