Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
Primary Finance Support for Group Marketing including monthly expense reporting, Cost Center management, Purchase Order tracking, Accrual entries, and variance analysis
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial outcomes
Conduct Global margin analysis to evaluate profitability and cost efficiency for multiple Franchises
Utilize predictive metrics to forecast future financial performance and support strategic planning
Identify business/financial process improvement opportunities, support monthly financial reporting, and engagement with finance management to provide financial visibility to the business for decision making; implement approved plan and monitor financial results in accordance with targets
Build strong relationships with business partners and to research / respond timely and accurately to all business partners’ inquiries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate setting
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise with PowerQuery
Experience with financial software applications
Preferred
MBA or CFA
