Responsibilities
Lead hiring and retention strategies in collaboration with recruiting and sales teams to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce
Monitor existing service delivery quality, develop status reports, and escalate issues to ensure optimal performance
Identify operational enhancement opportunities, support implementation, and develop strategies to improve service delivery
Collaborate in the development of new cybersecurity services, with the expectation to grow into a lead role for service launch and delivery
Apply cybersecurity knowledges, analyze security operational processes, and create relevant documentation. Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports to stakeholders
Support customer interactions, acting as a liaison for technical and business queries to ensure satisfaction and effective communication
Contribute to cybersecurity business planning and coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs
Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions and enhance overall service delivery
Stay up to date with new security technologies and emerging threats
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Basic understanding of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies
Proven track record in team management and strategic planning, demonstrating leadership capabilities
Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
This role is expected to evolve into leading the launch and delivery of cybersecurity services. This person will play a key role in shaping its execution
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification required
