Responsibilities

Partner with applied scientists and engineering teams to ensure that we are embedding appropriate medical knowledge in our AI capabilities
Develop rubrics and guidelines for AI model system evaluation and benchmarking
Partner with teams across the health organization to ensure safe deployment of AI systems and technology into workflows
Continue to raise clinical safety awareness of our technical systems, including AI systems
Proactively identify risks and shape the technical roadmap in anticipation of industry trends in Health AI

Qualification

Required

MD or PhD with hands-on clinical and medical research experience
5-10 years experience with software development lifecycle through combination of product development, hands-on software development, or implementation of novel technology in clinical or administrative workflows
Working familiarity of AI and ML concepts
Prior experience in either consumer or provider health tech

Preferred

MS/PhD degree in quantitative discipline, machine learning, software development, or related field
Medical specialization in primary care
