Responsibilities

Develop product strategy and product definition
Define and manage multi-year product roadmap, including introduction of AI/ML to transform AWS planning
Capture, document, and communicate business and technical product requirements
Translate requirements into features and user stories. Drive technical team understanding of requirements
Manage technical build against business requirements. Provide thought leadership with engineering on implementation
Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders from Global AWS Sales and Sales Operations teams and other System and Application teams across WWRO
Lead document development for leadership reviews
Own project status updates to customers, stakeholders, and leadership
Plan and conduct user testing
Drive change management and adoption of solution across AWS Sales and Sales Operations
Manage post-launch activities (user support, new feature development, etc.)
Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve performance and adoption of the platform
Deep dive problems or opportunity areas and propose solutions to address
Generate new ideas to drive improvement, efficiency and automation across AWS Sales that will enable AWS to scale and grow

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology and data decisions and strategy related to product
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals

Preferred

Master's degree
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Comfort with ambiguity; demonstrated track record of independently developing creative solutions to problems
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence and drive stakeholders to decision without formal authority
Experience with developing products and features for the sales and marketing space
