Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of asbestos litigation, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial support
Work closely with clients facing life-altering diagnoses and losses
Travel frequently to meet clients and attend proceedings
Collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the Florida State Bar
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Empathy and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience in asbestos litigation or other plaintiff-side practice areas
Trial experience or second-chair trial support
