Business Development Representative
SiteZeus is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. The role involves meeting sales quotas, managing leads, and collaborating with team members to drive revenue growth through advanced analytics and insights.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Own the first stage of the pipeline for a designated territory within the SiteZeus sales process
Take detailed notes and leverage automations within our CRM
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to fully pursue all relevant leads
Generate new leads through targeted email campaigns, cold calls, conference and trade show meetings, social media outreach, and other prospecting efforts
Qualification
Required
6 months of experience as a successful BDR with a track record of exceeding quota
Strong outbound cold-calling experience
Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce
Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and VPs
Coachable and adaptable to changing processes
Preferred
Experience using a power dialer (nice-to-have)
SaaS or B2B sales experience (nice-to-have)
Experience working with large enterprises (nice-to-have)
Previous experience mentoring or training junior BDRs or sales interns (nice-to-have)
