Act as owner’s representative and supervise construction of multiple projects to ensure they are designed and built according to plans and specifications
Provide detailed estimates, maintain schedule, and deliver the project without exceeding budget
Qualification
Required
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, and estimating
Valid Drivers License
Preferred
An associate of applied science degree, bachelor's degree, or five years of related experience is preferred
Revit or AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage
