Postdoctoral Fellow - Hematopoietic Biology & Malignancy
The Komen Graduate Training Program at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Hematopoietic Biology and Malignancy. The role involves conducting research on the evolutionary dynamics of measurable residual disease progression in hematologic malignancies, utilizing high-throughput technologies and collaborating with various research platforms.

Lead work focused on interrogation of factors defining MRD
Lead work focused on evolutionary modeling of cancer-immune interactions over time
Lead work focused on identification of programs driving MRD progression across myeloid malignancies
Qualification
Required
Individuals with a PhD degree in immunology, molecular biology, genomics, genetics, or related fields
Proven track record of publications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Preferred
Experiences that are desirable (but not required) include: immunology (e.g. T cell assays), CRISPR, and/or next-gen sequencing (bulk or single cell genomics) within myeloid malignancies
