Disability Support Practitioner
Cerebral Palsy Alliance is a trusted organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. They are seeking a Disability Support Practitioner to assist adults in group homes, promoting independence and community engagement while providing personal care and support.

Responsibilities
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
Building positive relationships with our clients
Qualification
Required
A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you're open to learning and ready to make a difference
NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above)
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
Availability across a variety of shift times, including: Early mornings (6am - 9am), Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm), Afternoons & evenings, Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
Preferred
Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your passion & enthusiasm is key!
