The role involves leading technical initiatives for API integration and contributing to the evolution of the company's technical architecture.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and translate them into robust software solutions
Design, architect, and implement high-quality software applications using Python and related technologies, following best practices and coding standards
Lead the development of critical components and features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting software development best practices
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Identify and address technical debt, inefficiencies, and performance bottlenecks in existing systems
Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software applications
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team’s technical capabilities and processes
Work Along with Third Party service provider to consume API’s
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven professional experience as a software engineer, with a significant focus on Python development
Strong proficiency in Python programming, including experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or similar
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services
Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks
Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative coding practices
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus
Experience in working in a Start-up environment is a huge plus
Contributions to open-source projects, technical blog posts, or relevant certifications are a bonus
