Responsibilities

Analyze financial data to support legislative reporting, policy oversight, and statutory compliance

Prepare financial statements, budget justifications, and compliance documentation for internal and external review

Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and financial modeling to support informed decision-making

Collaborate with legal, policy, and program staff to ensure financial information aligns with statutory, regulatory, and IC requirements

Track expenditures, variances, and provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation

Support audits, inspections, and financial compliance reviews in accordance with IC standards

Draft financial sections of congressional reports, briefing packages, internal memoranda, and other legislative deliverables

Ensure financial analysis products comply with Terms of Reference (TOR), customer guidelines, and IC standards

Integrate financial insights into legislative and policy documentation to support informed customer decision-making

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to facilitate audits and statutory reviews
