Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and ship full-stack solutions for AI-powered agents
Own projects end-to-end, including development, deployment, and ongoing refinement
Collaborate across teams to solve user challenges and improve system performance
Build scalable, reliable products designed for diverse customer environments
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full-time experience in full-stack engineering (internships do not count)
Experience at a high-growth startup, HFT firm (e.g., HRT, Citadel), or tech company with a high engineering bar
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming
CS degree from a top 20 university or top 10 CS program
Preferred
Proven work on AI/ML products or high-impact system design
Internship or early career experience at elite trading firms or growth-stage startups
Track record of ownership on fast-scaling products
