Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions

Play a pivotal role in increasing productivity, growth and engagement for the team

Work on special data analysis projects, as needed

Qualification

Backend ArchitectureBlockchain ExperienceGo (Golang)LeadershipProblem SolvingCommunication

Required

Minimum of 2 years managing an engineering team, with a track record of mentoring and scaling high-performing developers

At least 5 years designing, building, testing, and deploying highly scalable, distributed backend systems

3+ years working in blockchain engineering

Deep proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development

Exceptional analytical skills, the ability to break down complex challenges, and clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
