SkillBridge - Revenue Operations Intern

Tenova LLC is participating in the HireMilitary DoD SkillBridge / Career Skills Program, seeking a Revenue Operations Intern. In this role, you will support data hygiene and tech stack management projects, gaining hands-on experience with various tools while contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of revenue systems.

Responsibilities

Identify and clean duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft
Help create and maintain documentation for integrations and workflows across Gong, Planhat, and other tools
Support efforts to align and normalize field values across systems to ensure reporting consistency
Review and validate user access and activity to ensure accurate license usage and compliance
Assist in testing and refining lead routing rules and ownership models in Salesforce
Help audit and clean opportunity data to ensure accurate deal stages and forecasting inputs
Support cleanup and reassignment of ownership in Salesforce to ensure accurate territory coverage (EMEA vs AMER accounts correctly assigned)

Required

Eligibility is restricted to members of the U.S. Armed Forces separating honorably with greater than 180 days of continuous Active Duty
SkillBridge/CSP period of eligibility is within the final 180 days of Active Duty service
SkillBridge/CSP must be completed prior to separation from Active Duty in the U.S. Armed Forces
Participants must participate in full time training with industry (40 hour work week) under military orders
Participants are not eligible for compensation from HireMilitary or its partner host employers but will continue to receive all military wages and benefits for the period of the DoD SkillBridge/CSP enrollment
Attention to Detail: You're precise, methodical, and catch inconsistencies before they become problems
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable working with SaaS tools and curious about how systems connect
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data, solving operational puzzles, and identifying trends
Curiosity & Initiative: You ask questions, dig into problems, and take ownership of your learning

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce or any of the tools listed
Familiarity with spreadsheets, data cleanup, or CRM processes
Interest in pursuing a career in RevOps, SalesOps, or systems management
