Responsibilities
Own entire recruitment pipelines from sourcing to closing (yes, ALL of it)
Get creative in finding new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking (rejection is part of the game)
Bring hustle energy EVERY day to find candidates and get them in front of clients
Maintain meticulous records in Recruiterflow (organization matters in chaos)
Create job postings that actually attract talent
Submit candidates with all the information decision-makers need
Guide candidates through the process, making it smooth despite the pace
Navigate the offer process, including tough salary negotiations
Qualification
Required
You've recruited before: at least 6–12 months experience in agency or high-volume tech recruiting
You're US based able to work PST / EST hours as needed
You're confident in LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean logic, ATS workflows, and email outreach
You're unafraid of cold emailing and know how to manage rejection
You have an eye for quality—strong pedigrees, impactful tenure, technical depth
You can write clean, concise, high-conversion emails and submissions
You're self-managed and structured in fast-moving environments
