They are seeking a Litigation Legal Counsel to join their Litigation Team, where the role involves providing excellent representation in defense litigation, participating in case work up, and managing electronic discovery processes.

Responsibilities
Be a strategic part of a defense litigation team committed to providing excellent representation to our clients
Participate in case work up, including case strategy, discovery, records review, client and witness interviews with particular emphasis on e-discovery
Qualification
Required
Experienced in all facets of electronic discovery and document production
Experienced with use and implementation of analytics and predictive coding tools across multiple platforms
Experienced in the design and implementation of privilege log review and redaction review workflows, including the use of automated redaction tools
Creates document review processes and procedures
Draft, edit and revise witness summaries and witness kits used to prepare litigation team for depositions
Excellent writing abilities
License to practice law in Texas or Florida
