The role includes opportunities to teach residents and manage patient appointments, while working within a supportive medical group environment.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional ambulatory care to patients
Teach and mentor 2 to 3 residents under your preceptorship
Manage your own patient appointments for one half-day per week
Utilize the EPIC EMR system for seamless integration across the hospital
Participate in a shared call schedule to promote work-life balance
Quickly establish your patient panel in a well-established practice
Qualification
Required
Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine
Completion of a chief residency year with extensive teaching experience is required for new graduates
Possess or be eligible to obtain a valid Pennsylvania Medical License
Preferred
A mix of academic and non-academic experience in a primary care setting
