Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based web applications and supporting backend systems

Work across the stack with modern technologies like TypeScript, Python, React, and JavaScript

Make architectural and product-impacting decisions to help scale products to support massive healthcare systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Clinical teams to deliver intuitive and impactful features

Contribute to building internal engineering best practices while mentoring and collaborating with peers

Participate in fast-paced, high-ownership work that supports mission-critical clinical workflows

Required

4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer working at senior or staff level

Proven 0-to-1 product experience and a track record of building customer-facing applications from the ground up

Prior experience in one or more of the following types of companies: AI-first startups or scale-ups, Fast-moving, high-output tech companies, Healthtech startups, FAANG (Meta, Amazon Health, Google, etc.)

Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and systems design

Comfortable working across the stack (50/50 frontend/backend)

Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ownership mindset
