Provide dedicated support to a group of attorneys, including 2 partners and 2 associates
Manage calendaring of pleadings, motions, and related deadlines for both state and federal courts
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Word and other legal technology tools
Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients
Qualification
Required
7+ years of commercial litigation experience
Extensive knowledge of calendaring pleadings, motions, and related deadlines for both state and federal courts
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Word and comfort with other legal technology tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients
Prior experience in a major law firm environment
