5+ years expThe Conduit Group is a family-run business seeking a Landscape Construction PM/Estimator to develop detailed cost estimates and manage projects from initial contact with clients to final invoicing. The role involves collaborating with project managers, negotiating prices, and ensuring the growth and success of the landscape construction division through effective project management.

Responsibilities
Once a project reaches contract stage, you would be responsible to buyout all materials, negotiating with suppliers, & managing the project alongside one of our field superintendents
Estimate & create proposals for incoming opportunities
Following the sales process from start to finish
Coordinating both short-term & long-term scheduling alongside existing management staff
Assist in personnel management, employee safety, & training
Build relationships with both existing & new customers
Qualification
Required
Horticultural knowledge
Working knowledge of irrigation systems, including wells, pumps, and automatic controls
Working knowledge of drainage methods
Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape projects
Knowledge of the construction industry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and in a fast-moving environment
Ability to maintain company and client confidential information
Excellent driving record
Minimum of five years of experience in the landscape/construction industry
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be willing and able to work in all outdoor weather conditions all year round
Must be willing and able to work 45 hours or more per week when requested
Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays when requested
Proficient in sales
Proficient in outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
Preferred
Landscape Contracting Degree or Similar Qualification preferred
OSHA-10 Certification strongly valued
